Inner Mongolia branch was established in March 13, 2012, is the public health field of space information technology research center established one of the first seven sub centers, the direction of its work includes:
Inner Mongolia demonstration base for the construction of environmental health remote sensing diagnosis;
Actively investigate the ecological, environmental, health and other issues restricting the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, environmental health assessment on a regular basis, especially the prevention and control of desertification;
Make full use of the characteristics and advantages of the autonomous region, and play a role in the coordination of local organizations.

Inner Mongolia branch of the center for the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Foreign Exchange Center for science and technology, was established in June 2002, is the Inner Mongolia science and Technology Agency belongs to the level of units. Its purpose is through the international science and technology exchange activities, promote the autonomous region of the scientific community and industry and the world economic and technological exchanges and cooperation, and promote regional economic development and social progress, and promote friendship with the people of all countries.

      Inner Mongolia Remote Sensing Center on diagnosis and Greater Khingan Range forest steppe transition zone environmental health special research carried out jointly, to provide technical support for the protection of the ecological environment in our country only bright cold temperate coniferous forest and forest resources in Greater Khingan Range area.
Yin Xiaohong, director of the division, is a senior engineer, graduated from Tianjin University, management science and engineering. The current deputy director of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region foreign science and Technology Exchange Center (presided over the work), has been rated the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region outstanding contributions to young and middle-aged experts". Presided over the development of more than 40 science and technology, economic, social and other aspects of the promotion of the role of science and technology and operational projects. Published 15 s, access to the Autonomous Region Government awarded the "science and technology progress award effectiveness evaluation method" provincial science and technology progress award.

     At the beginning of 2014, the field of public health application of spatial information technology research center Inner Mongolia branch launched the "project of grassland ecological resource balance sheet method research", the study of natural resource balance sheet method is effective to promote ecological civilization, science and technology support.
The completion of the project three pilot research pilot counties (Siziwangqi, Xianghuangqi, Chenba'erhuqi) on the basis of the work that has been made on balance method for patent, and in cooperation with the Inner Mongolia Xilinguole Meng Ecological Protection Committee, completed the natural resources grassland balance sheet reporting all 13 counties in the Xilinguole Meng league. In the research of the project, we can focus on the quantification of the data index and the universality and availability of the data:
Establish the accounting system of Grassland Natural Resources assets.
Establish the evaluation system of Grassland Natural assets and liabilities.
Grassland natural balance sheet system.
