From April 2004 to May 2011, Dr. Zhuo founded China Nonferrous Metals Co ("China Nonferrous Metals") as chairman of the board of directors, and successfully listed on the gem (Stock Code: 8306).

In addition, from July 2010 to April 2012, as Dr. Zhuo Yanchang Petroleum International Limited ("oil") executive director and chairman of the company is a listed on the main board of the stock exchange company (Stock Code: 346). From November 2010 to April 2012, he served as chief executive officer to extend the oil.
